Role: Business Analysis Practice Lead
Duration: Initial 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Primarily remote - (1-2 days onsite per month)

I'm looking for an exceptional Business Analysis Practice Lead to lead, develop and inspire a team of Business Analysts.
This isn't simply about maintaining standards or overseeing project delivery. It's about building a high-performing practice where people feel engaged, supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
The challenge?
- You'll take ownership of the BA practice, leading its people, capability and development within an established Change Management function.
- You'll shape how Business Analysis operates across the change portfolio, strengthen governance and consistency, develop talent and drive continuous improvement.
- Just as importantly, you'll bring the leadership to build engagement, create a positive team culture and get the best out of a sizeable, diverse team.
I'm Keen To Speak With Leaders Who Bring
- Proven experience leading and developing sizeable Business Analysis teams or practices.
- Strong technical Business Analysis knowledge and an understanding of end-to-end change delivery.
- Experience developing BA standards, capability and ways of working.
- The leadership skills to improve engagement, inspire people and build high-performing teams.
- Experience in organisational design or practice development would be a real advantage.
