Since its launch in 2016, the technology has been used in over 500,000 treatments worldwide, enabling clinicians to deliver faster, cleaner, and more effective care while improving patient outcomes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of the South West UK region. This field-based role focuses on growing sales of a market-leading clinical device and developing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from self-generated lead activity through to in-clinic demonstrations and conversion, acting as a key link between customers and internal marketing and clinical support teams. Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the South West territory, delivering against agreed revenue targets
- Develop and execute a structured territory plan to maximise market penetration
- Accurately manage pipeline forecasting and CRM activity using HubSpot
- Proactively generate leads through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
- Identify new business opportunities within podiatry and adjacent clinical markets
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers
- Represent the business at UK conferences, exhibitions, and regional events
- Provide regular insight from the field to marketing and clinical teams
- Share feedback on customer needs, objections, competitor activity, and market trends
- Collaborate on campaigns, messaging, and territory-level initiatives
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a field-based sales role
- Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads independently
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle and achieving sales targets
- Comfortable working autonomously across a regional territory
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales experience is advantageous
