We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing premium brand & craft beer distribution business. Covering a vibrant and diverse territory across South and East London, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 existing on-trade customers including bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of around 100 existing on-trade accounts
- Drive sales growth by increasing product range, distribution, and volume within accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with bar owners, managers, and buyers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and introduce new craft beer products
- Execute regular account visits and maintain a consistent call cycle across the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, product launches, and events
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the craft beer sector
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
Proven experience in field sales, ideally within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts and delivering against targets. A genuine passion for and knowledge of craft beer. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
