Production Operatives – Day and Late Shift Vacancies

We’re growing, and we’re looking for reliable, positive people to join our friendly production team at Denhay. Based at our modern production facility on Heathpark Industrial Estate, we produce high-quality dry cured bacon and gammon for customers across the UK. As demand continues to grow, we have opportunities available across both our day shift and late shift teams.

About the role
You’ll be working as part of our production team, helping to prepare, slice, pack and check our bacon and gammon products. The work is hands-on and varied, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues as you learn the role.
- Working on modern slicing and packing lines
- Checking product quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the wider team to meet daily production needs
What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous food production experience, as full training will be given. What matters most is that you are reliable, willing to learn and happy working as part of a team.
- A good eye for detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and hygiene procedures
- Willingness to work in a busy production environment
Shifts available
- Day shift vacancies available: 5.30am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday
- Late shift vacancies available: 1.45pm – 10.15pm Monday to Thursday and 12.45pm – 8.15pm Friday, 39 hours per week
Shift times may vary slightly in line with factory demand.
