Surveyor / Contracts Manager Home-based / Hybrid (flexible) | Permanent | PAYE Watford | St Albans | Stevenage | Milton Keynes | Luton £45,000 - £50,000 plus car or allowance and benefits package The successful Surveyor / Contracts Manager will be home-based and will need to reside in or close to one of the following postcode areas WD, SG, AL, EN, SG, LU, MK Working as part of a strong team with office support you will be dealing with domestic property repairs (insurance reinstatement works) within a designated patch.

Ideally, this would suit a Surveyor / Contracts Manager with insurance industry experience who is looking for a new opportunity with a supportive company who look after their team.

NOTE: we are open to applications from Surveyors who do not have the contracts management experience as well.

This role can be either purely surveying scoping OR full contracts management depending on experience.
