We are looking for an Insurance Surveyor with contractor experience to deal with property repairs arising from insurance claims (fire, flood, escape of water, impact damage etc.). This role will be mainly hybrid but will require visits to the company offices in the region as well. You will be dealing with residential claims up to the value of £50k.

Key responsibilities:

  • Survey residential properties to assess nature and extent of damage
  • Validate insurance claim
  • Produce scope of work and cost estimates
  • Provide full scope of works and health
