About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Client Account Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking business with ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond. This is a relationship-focused role, responsible for managing and developing key client partnerships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
You will act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams (surveying, technical, operational) to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Client Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders
