We are looking for a Contracts Manager / Surveyor in the Scotland area, ideally somewhere from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Experience in surveying, scoping & pricing property repairs and then managing the reinstatement works to completion is required (using a team of direct trades and sub-contractors).
This role will suit a Contracts Manager / Surveyor with a background in managing insurance claim reinstatement works, dealing with fire, flood and escape of water damage. This role is home-based and you would be joining a solid, successful and expanding company working with some key insurance industry clients and managing a team of trades dealing with insurance reinstatement works across a designated region of Scotland.
This Contracts Manager / Surveyor will need:
- Experience in surveying properties, assessing damage and scoping/estimating property repairs/reinstatements
- An understanding of the insurance claims industry (property claims)
