We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple residential reinstatement projects, typically valued up to £100k per project.
This is a hands-on role managing live sites/occupied properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple live residential reinstatement projects
- Organising and supervising trades and subcontractors
- Maintaining site programmes and keeping works on schedule
- Monitoring quality of works and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Liaising with Contracts Managers, customers and stakeholders
- Managing materials, deliveries and labour requirements
- Resolving on-site issues and driving projects through to completion
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential repairs/refurbishment
- Strong knowledge of trades, materials and construction processes
- Good understanding of health & safety (RAMS, site compliance)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
