Office Administrator in Sutton, Surrey. Permanent – full-time (Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm). £25,000. Office-based.

Summary: Do you want to join a friendly, fast-paced team to provide office admin support? Our client is a building contractor in Sutton, and they are looking for an Office Administrator to help with ordering building materials, making and taking calls, updating systems and assisting with the management of building repair projects.

Role: As an Office Administrator, you will be taking calls and messages, making appointments, updating details on the system, ordering materials for site, assisting with booking in trades visits to properties and working to support contracts managers and their projects.

Experience: We are looking for someone who has some office administration experience. You will need excellent verbal & written communication skills and be confident in learning new systems. Organisation and prioritisation skills are also essential for this role.

Location: The ideal Office Administrator will be based in or around the Sutton area of Surrey. There is free parking near the office, and it is also accessible by public transport.

Package:

  • £25,000
  • 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
  • You will be required to have a DBS check
