An exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering managed property repairs on behalf of leading UK insurers and loss adjusters. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone with experience in claims, property repairs or customer operations who thrives on organisation, communication and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming repair claims from first notification through to completion
- Coordinate repairs via a trusted trades / contractor network
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, clients, surveyors and adjusters
- Monitor work-in-progress and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met
- Arrange emergency repairs and track progress to resolution
- Obtain estimates, reports and supporting documentation
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Complete claim closure checks and prepare files for invoicing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance claims, property repairs or similar environment (social housing repairs/maintenance, contractor, facilities etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems/job management systems (good IT skills)
- Positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
