The successful Surveyor / Contracts Manager will be home-based and will need to reside in or close to one of the following postcode areas: WD, SG, AL, EN, SG, LU, MK.

Working as part of a strong team with office support, you will be dealing with domestic property repairs (insurance reinstatement works) within a designated patch. Ideally, this would suit a Surveyor / Contracts Manager with insurance industry experience who is looking for a new opportunity with a supportive company that looks after their team.

NOTE: We are open to applications from Surveyors who do not have contracts management experience as well. This role can be either purely surveying scoping OR full contracts management depending on experience.

Surveyor / Contracts Manager responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small portfolio of property reinstatement projects (domestic commercial)
  • Survey properties, produce scope of works and schedule repairs required
  • Manage repairs projects to completion (including cost management)
  • Ensure Health Safety / CDM compliance and carry out site audits
