We are seeking a Repairs Coordinator / Claims Handler to manage property repairs from instruction through to completion. You will liaise with homeowners, contractors, trades and surveyors to ensure projects run efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repairs projects end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate system records and documentation
  • Schedule works and monitor progress against SLAs/KPIs
  • Escalate delays, compliance issues and complaints
  • Support contractor onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers to ensure service delivery

About You

  • Experience in property repairs, reactive maintenance or insurance claims
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using systems and managing multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport required
