Dene Magna and Sixth Form is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement learning strategies, ensure student safety, and help pupils access activities and resources.
You will use small group work, 1:1 support, and in-class withdrawal as needed, building positive relationships and recording progress for parents and staff.
