As a Leisure Attendant, you will be making sure our customers have access to clean, safe and welcoming facilities. Lifeguarding is a core part of the role, so you'll need to pay close attention to all those using the pool, to make sure everyone is safe at all times and observing the pool rules. We take great pride in our facilities and the environment we offer to our customers, so we'd expect you to take pride in all parts of the centre, ensuring it's clean, tidy, and safe for everyone to use at all times.
DLL leisure sites are open 7 days a week, so you will follow a shift pattern that includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
You will be a confident and friendly individual, with excellent people skills and fantastic attention to detail. You will ideally hold the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, but it’s not essential as we will train and qualify candidates who share our commitment, values and work ethic. We love to grow our staff, so a desire to learn and develop is essential for this role. We'll support you every step of the way with on the job training.
