Salary: Grade 4, Β£13.26 β Β£13.90 per hour
Hours: 23 hours per week

Key responsibilities
As a reablement worker you will help individuals to regain and maintain their independence by delivering personal care and everyday support. You will assist with physical, social and emotional needs within the individual\βs own home. You will provide support that ensures personal care and maintains independence as described.
Key qualifications
Applicants must be able to travel within the geographical work area. A vehicle can be provided. You must complete safer recruitment checks: Disclosure & Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and evidence of the Right to Work in the UK.
