Project Worker – Community Living

Location: Rhyl | Salary: Grade 5, £14.35 – £15.56 per hour (subject to validation) | Hours: 20 per week (Nights) | Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with complex disabilities who live in their own home or shared accommodation in the community.
  • Ensure choice and control is at the forefront of all support delivered.

Requirements

  • Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check and satisfactory references.
