We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to effectively supervise the smooth running of customer services across two libraries in Denbigh and Ruthin. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to providing excellent customer services at all times. ICT, literacy and numeric skills are a must as well as experience in dealing with the public. You will be responsible for setting staff rotas, establishing work priorities, and arranging cover as required, and will act as a primary contact for all building related issues. You will also contribute to the overall delivery and promotion of Library and One Stop Shop Services across the Authority. Appointment subject to satisfactory references.
