Independence at Home Care and Support Worker
Location: Llys Awelon Extra Care Housing Scheme, Ruthin
Salary: Grade 4, £13.26 – £13.90 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (Days/Nights)
Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities
The Independence at Home Team is focused on supporting citizens across Denbighshire to remain as independent as possible within their own homes and communities. As a member of the Locality team, you will work with citizens to achieve their agreed outcomes. This support may include providing some personal care.
The post requires kindness, compassion and a caring nature with a commitment to helping others.
