Desktop Support Officer (Hwb Project)

Location: Ruthin

Salary: Grade 5 (Β£27,594 – Β£30,024 per annum)

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Fixed Term until 31/10/2026

Closing date: 3rd November 2025

Responsibilities

Our award winning ICT department have an exciting career opportunity available. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy working in a friendly and proactive team, and who is keen to progress their career.

You will be providing customers with expert advice and hands-on assistance, with a particular focus on supporting the Hwb migration project. In addition, you will actively engage with new and emerging technologies to ensure our council remains modern and tech-savvy.
