We are searching for a motivated and engaging individual to join us in delivering an exciting programme of employability support called Connect to Work. This programme is part of our 'Working Denbighshire' strategic approach to tackling poverty through sustainable employment, working alongside projects offering support to citizens with the ultimate goal of securing employment.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and proactive with a creative and innovative approach to engagement and employability support with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Connect to Work programme will directly deliver and oversee the Individual Placement Support (IPS) Employment Specialists, whilst the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) element will be commissioned externally and overseen by the Service to ensure quality, compliance and performance. The Connect to Work Operational Lead will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery of the programme, ensuring frontline services operate smoothly, performance targets are met, and delivery complies with DWP requirements. The role translates programme strategy into high quality operational practice across delivery team and partners.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and proactive with a creative and innovative approach to engagement and employability support with excellent interpersonal skills. Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check and satisfactory references.
