Denbies Wine Estate, one of England's largest vineyards, is looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing location and with a very motivated and passionate team. You will be expected to produce high-quality fresh food.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be creative, innovative, and responsible for your own section, and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high.
- Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.
- To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
About You:
- Previous Junior Sous Chef experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants.
- Passionate about quality food and local produce.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
