Denbies Wine Estate, one of England's largest vineyards, is looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing location and with a very motivated and passionate team. You will be expected to produce high-quality fresh food.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be creative, innovative, and responsible for your own section, and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high.
  • Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.
  • To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

About You

  • Previous Chef De Partie experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants.
  • Passionate about quality food and local produce.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.

This is a Full-Time position working five days out of seven, including weekends and evenings.
