β€’ Conduct HSE inspections, audits and compliance monitoring and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

β€’ Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action programmes.

β€’ Establish effective HSE committees and promote workforce consultation and participation.

β€’ Lead HSE training, toolbox talks, awareness programmes and emergency drills.

β€’ Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, spill prevention, chemical controls and wastewater-related environmental risks.

β€’ Prepare HSE statistics, investigation reports, audit findings and management/client reports.

β€’ Coordinate with the client, relevant authorities and external/ISO auditors.
