I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Plant Supervisor at their site in Spaldington, the successful candidate will join a well-established and growing business operating within the renewable energy and processing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive operational performance and ensure the safe and efficient running of a busy processing facility.
Reporting to the Plant Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, leading operational teams, ensuring production targets are achieved and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
