I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor / Tutor to join their delivery team. The successful candidate can be based in Blandford Forum, Perham Down or Bulford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established training provider supporting Armed Forces personnel, offering a rewarding role where you will directly contribute to the development of future engineering talent.
This position involves delivering and assessing the Level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship programme, supporting learners throughout their journey from induction through to End Point Assessment. You will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a mix of one-to-one and group-based learning, ensuring learners remain engaged, motivated and on track.
This role is ideally suited to an ex-Royal Signals candidate with an electrical engineering background who is looking to transition into a training and mentoring position while remaining closely connected to the Armed Forces environment.
Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor / Tutor Responsibilities:- Deliver apprenticeship training through a combination of one-to-one and group-based sessions.
- Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and support progression.
- Carry out learner inductions and ongoing progress reviews.
- Maintain accurate learner records using e-portfolios.
