Are you an ex-Royal Signals engineer with an electrical engineering background looking to come off the tools whilst remaining closely connected to the Armed Forces? This is an excellent opportunity to use your engineering knowledge and experience to help develop the next generation of Royal Signals engineers, working in a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference. Candidates should ideally live in or close to Bulford, Andover, Aldershot, Fareham or the surrounding areas.

You will deliver and assess the Level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship programme, guiding learners from induction through to End Point Assessment and helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to build successful engineering careers. This role offers an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday working, generous annual leave and an extended Christmas stand down, giving you approximately two weeks off over the festive period without using your annual leave entitlement.
