Do you come from a military background and particularly have served within the Royal Signals? Do you have experience in a trainer/instructor/assessor capacity? Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for an Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals to join their team. The successful Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals will ideally live in Bulford/Tidworth/Amesbury/Salisbury or close surrounding areas. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality focused administration. You will work closely with a small delivery team, providing individual support to keep learners on track and motivated.
Responsibilities:- Deliver teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards.
- Deliver and support Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and plan meaningful learning.
- Complete and maintain high quality, audible learner records.
- Provide guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout the learner journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all learner progress and achieve their qualification.
