An excellent opportunity has become available for a Plumber to join a facilities management team working on a secure government site in Evesham, Worcestershire. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance to ensure water systems and associated services remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
The position involves 39 hours per week across 7 days, including a 1 in 3 weekend shift pattern:
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday with the weekend off
- Week 2 - Monday Rest Day, Tuesday to Sunday working
- Week 3 - Monday to Thursday working with Fri, Sat and Sunday off
Plumber Requirements:
- Candidates must hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
- Experience carrying out plumbing maintenance within a commercial or facilities environment.
- Legionella awareness and understanding of water hygiene compliance.
- Experience operating light plant equipment is beneficial.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
