Shift Engineer / Maintenance Engineer

My client has an immediate requirement for 3x Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team at their site in Erith, Kent . The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers will work as part of a small engineering team responsible for the planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across the plant working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established business, working 4 on 4 off shift patterns, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights then 4 off. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements: ~ Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program with electrical and mechanical skills and hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification. ~18th Edition would be beneficial. ~ Experience working on single and 3 phase systems. ~ Have strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostic skills. ~ Strong mechanical skills, previous experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics. ~ Previous experience working with PLC's. ~ Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
