I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Storesperson to join my client's busy, fast-paced business at London Heathrow working 4 on 4 off. The successful Parts Storesperson will join a small team responsible for the daily running of the maintenance critical parts department, ensuring all stock is held to correct levels, labelled, documented and correctly stored for quick easy location.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the maintenance critical parts department, ensuring stock is held to correct levels, labelled, documented and correctly stored for quick, easy location.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a similar position is essential, ideally within a vehicle maintenance sector.
- Previous experience of inventory management, goods in, stock control, ordering parts from suppliers, ensuring stores department is run at correct levels as the parts are critical to the business running efficiently.
- Experience of carrying out audits and stock takes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and with a team.
- IT Literate – experience of SAP systems.
- Valid forklift licence is beneficial.
- Must be able to obtain security clearance.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
