Based in Haverfordwest, I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an Apprenticeship Coordinator supporting Armed Forces apprentices undertaking digital apprenticeship programmes. You will play a key role in delivering learning, carrying out progress reviews and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to help apprentices successfully complete their qualifications. This role offers an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday working, generous annual leave and an extended Christmas stand down, giving you approximately two weeks off over the festive period without using your annual leave entitlement. Apprenticeship Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Deliver teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship programmes.
- Conduct regular learner progress reviews and plan meaningful learning activities.
- Support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance.
- Maintain accurate learner records and update digital learning platforms.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learner success.
