I am recruiting for my client, a global technology business specialising in the installation, maintenance and support of specialist equipment.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Field Service Technician to support customers across the South Coast, covering areas including Brighton, Worthing, Poole and Bournemouth candidates must live in or close to these locations.

  • Field Service Technician Responsibilities
  • Attend customer sites across your designated region carrying out inspections, servicing, fault finding and repairs on specialist equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
  • Ensure equipment remains operational and meets customer expectations.
  • Manage your own workload whilst working independently.
  • Complete service reports and associated documentation.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally at all times.
  • Field Service Technician Requirements
  • Technical or engineering background with basic electrical fault finding experience.
  • Practical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Keen to learn new products and technologies.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexible approach to regional travel.
