Responsibilities

  • The Director, Sales role will be responsible for leading and developing sales strategies across all markets in EMEA, driving overall sales performance and market expansion.
  • Drive bi-directional Operating Model team (OM) alignment and execution of both world-wide and US programs and initiatives through sales, training, and evangelism integration with the specialist teams.
  • Utilize strategic analysis to identify and address crucial capacity gaps within the Partner channel, leveraging team resources to efficiently resolve these key challenges.
  • Act as our regional compete lead interfacing with compete teams, working closely with peers across the US for insight and leadership on competitive strategies for common competitive scenarios (key areas of focus Office 365 vs. Google, SharePoint Compete vs. Chatter).

Qualifications

  • Got a brain-melting Ph.D. or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or those super-cool interdisciplinary fields? Bonus points if you’ve got a decade of tech leadership that’s so transformative, it makes other leaders look like sidekicks!
  • Proven experience in marketing and selling business solutions to large and medium-sized clients, demonstrating successful sales strategies and a history of achieving significant revenue increases.
  • An understanding of our product suite with particular emphasis on CRM, the CRM competitive landscape and the related ISV solutions in market.
  • Demonstrable experience in orchestrating sales-oriented technical pre‑sales teams and a proven capacity to manage geographically dispersed employees effectively.
  • Tech ninja alert! Ready to orchestrate cloud migrations so smooth they’ll make other architectures look like amateur hour? We’re talking Kubernetes choreography, Terraform and CloudFormation magic, multi‑cloud hybrid setups that’ll make complexity run and hide, and zero‑trust security models powered by machine learning.
  • A proven history of working closely with partners to achieve specific sales goals.
  • Preferred location in any major metro area in the West Region of the United States with a willingness to travel extensively based on the demands of the role.
