What You’ll Do
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: banking, customers, vendors, accruals, etc.
- Payroll preparation and payment to social institutions.
- Monthly payments to vendors and tax authorities.
- Invoices to customers and receipts, assisting with collection.
- End of the month reporting, including preparation of material for the balance sheet and the monthly closing of the company books.
- Travel reports and personal expense reimbursement.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Payment to suppliers, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations.
- Closing monthly / quarterly / annual reports.
- Cash flow management.
- Reporting to tax authorities.
- Employee reconciliations.
What should you have?
- Level 2 bookkeeper diploma - Bookkeeping course 1, 2.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, experience in the High Tech industry – a Must.
- At least 3 years experience with salary preparation for at least 50 employees.
- Proven experience in all bookkeeping tasks, providing a final balance sheet.
- High proficiency in English.
- Organized, motivated, ability to work with limited supervision.
- Experience in overall accounting processes (billing/collections, payments/Banks and monthly closing) - Must.
- Experience working with Priority ERP System, Shiklulit - Must.
- Experience working with multiple currencies - Must.
- Mastery of Office and Excel.
- Highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail.
