Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the testing process and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior testing or quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
