As Senior Manager, Legacies and In Memory, you'll lead the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy that inspires more people to leave a gift in their Will or give in memory of a loved one.
You'll lead a talented team, foster a positive, high-performing culture and work across the organisation to maximise long-term fundraising opportunities.
You'll bring substantial experience of leading successful Legacies and/or In Memory fundraising programmes across both marketing and stewardship functions, with a track record of developing long-term strategies that grow sustainable income.
You'll understand the sensitive nature of these audiences and be experienced in creating compelling supporter journeys, managing significant budgets and identifying innovative opportunities to grow legacy and in memory giving.
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who knows how to build high-performing teams.
You'll have a track record of creating an inclusive, positive team culture where people feel supported, motivated and empowered to achieve ambitious goals.
You'll be comfortable leading through change, bringing people with you and helping teams adapt, grow and succeed during a period of transformation.
You'll be a collaborative and credible senior manager, able to build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
You'll be confident challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and working alongside fellow leaders to deliver shared objectives.
You'll bring fresh thinking, encourage innovation and use insight and data to identify new opportunities and continuously improve performance.
Most importantly, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to help more families receive the specialist dementia support they need.
