As Senior Manager, Individual Giving, you'll lead the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy that grows sustainable income through inspiring campaigns, appeals and supporter experiences.
You'll lead a talented, high-performing team, build a culture where people can thrive and work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise impact.
You'll bring substantial experience of leading a successful Individual Giving programme, with expertise across acquisition, retention and supporter development.
You'll have a strong track record of delivering sustainable income growth through multi-channel campaigns, developing long-term strategies and managing significant budgets.
You'll understand what motivates supporters and know how to create engaging experiences that build loyalty and lifetime value.

You'll have a track record of creating an inclusive, positive team culture where people feel supported, motivated and empowered to achieve ambitious goals.
