You will take ownership of complex diary management, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare papers and correspondence, and keep track of actions and deadlines. You will anticipate what is needed, use your judgement to resolve issues and help ensure priorities stay on track.

You will bring significant experience of providing executive support to senior leaders in a busy environment. Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities, you will be comfortable working at pace while maintaining excellent attention to detail and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Strong IT proficiency is key, and you will be confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems to organise information, communicate effectively and support efficient ways of working.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential. You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across Dementia UK, as well as Trustees, partners and other external stakeholders. As an important point of contact, you will represent Dementia UK professionally and in a way that reflects our values.

You will also be a collaborative team member, working alongside the Governance Team to provide a flexible and responsive service. Proactive and adaptable, you will be confident using your initiative, anticipating challenges and responding calmly when priorities change.

This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from our office one day each week and will need to be flexible to attend on additional or alternative days when required for Board, Committee, Executive or senior leadership meetings.

If you are an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys building trusted relationships, bringing organisation to a busy environment and helping senior leaders work effectively, we would love to hear from you.
