Dementia UK has a new unique opportunity to join us as an Admiral Nurse Academy Facilitator to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Admiral Nurse Academy as we deliver Dementia UK’s 2025–2030 strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Admiral Nursing practice.
  • Coordinate the monthly PALs group to deliver high‑quality clinical supervision.
  • Support delivery of the new Admiral Nurse pathway sessions, interactive learning sessions, webinars, Admiral Nurse forum, and the Annual Dementia UK Summer School.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification in health, social care, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Have experience of clinical supervision.
  • Be confident managing group dynamics and applying reflective practice.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Have experience in dementia, older people, or wider health and social care settings.
  • Bring a thoughtful and reflective approach to supporting others’ development.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
