Record and collate all service statistics and produce monthly reports

Responsibility for the safe and confidential storage of all documentation under the Data Protection requirements

Take all reasonable care to promote Health & Safety at work in all the office environments to the benefit of all employees including the post holder

Replenish office stationary etc.

Prepare mail-outs on a regular basis

Archive and store records and paperwork in line with policies.

Ensure the maintenance of the office equipment is undertaken on a regular basis e.g. photocopier

Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel for data modelling.

Finance

Daily recording and banking of income and expenditure

Maintain petty cash as per protocol

Helpline

Provide support for the helpline during busy periods, taking referrals when required, collecting client details and referring on to Dementia Forward Support services

General

There are times when staff are required to cover services when necessary

Support the fundraising team when necessary outside working hours

Actively undertake mandatory training in the following areas: Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Health & Safety at work, Policies and Procedures, Lone Working, First Aid and Food Hygiene

Be prepared to undertake further training should it be deemed appropriate and relevant to the role
