You will be the technical escalation point, resolving complex issues and overseeing day-to-day Service Desk activity while mentoring a colleague and supporting infrastructure, security, applications and modern workplace projects.
You will help keep systems, devices, networks and cloud services secure, reliable and running across Kent, South East London and East Sussex, with travel between sites.
