Demelza is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our busy Estates Department. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure our buildings and wider estate operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You will deliver a high level of customer service to colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for Estates enquiries across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, prioritising, and allocating incoming work requests, ensuring tasks are directed appropriately to the Estates engineering team.
- Managing a variety of telephone calls with tact and discretion, resolving queries where possible and escalating matters when required.
- Liaising with external contractors—requesting quotations, arranging site visits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place before works commence.
This is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 12–18 months.
