Demelza is seeking a Retail Shop Assistant for our Orpington shop.

The role involves receiving and preparing donations for the shop floor, with a focus on gift aided donations, and supporting the trading operation to maximise revenue from shoppers.

You will work across seven days, 22.5 hours per week, with some bank holiday work.

You will assist in managing and developing volunteers, guiding and training them as needed.

An enhanced DBS disclosure may be requested depending on role.
