At Demelza, you will care for children with a range of complex conditions, getting to know them and their families. You will structure your care around their individual needs, with no two days being the same. Through a comprehensive training programme and continuous professional development, you will utilise your existing skills whilst gaining new ones around palliative care, symptom management and end of life care.
