Join Demelza, your local children’s hospice, as a Self-Employed Lottery Adviser and help us grow our lottery membership through face-to-face fundraising with OTE £40,000+. We are looking for advisers who are looking to work at venues or go door to door in your local community. This is your chance to combine flexibility, independence, and purpose while supporting vital care for children and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent Demelza Lottery at venues or by going door-to-door in local communities.
- Inspire new supporters to join our Weekly Draw and Super Draw games.
- Build relationships with supporters and local organisations.
- Work within legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring data is handled securely.
- Promote Demelza’s incredible work and values wherever you go.
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident and approachable – you love engaging with people.
- Self-motivated – you manage your own schedule and hit agreed targets.
- Organised and reliable – you keep accurate records, are available at least 1 day a week and stay compliant.
- Tech-savvy – are comfortable using mobile devices for sign-ups.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. (not required if you are going door to door)
- Passion for charity work and alignment with Demelza’s values. (Experience in sales or fundraising is a bonus, but not essential!)
