Demelza is looking for an exceptional Head of Regional Fundraising and Events to lead the strategic growth of our regional fundraising and events portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-performing team, drive innovation and deliver meaningful impact for the children and families we support.
As a senior leader within Fundraising, you’ll develop and deliver ambitious regional fundraising strategies and an exciting and diverse events programme. You’ll bring strong financial acumen, creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding supporter experiences.
We’re seeking someone with proven success in regional and/or events fundraising, experience leading high-performing teams and the confidence to drive income growth while championing Demelza’s values.
