Overview

PR & Influencer Manager Europe (French Speaker) is responsible for leading DeMellier’s strategy across Europe to build brand awareness and drive measurable impact through influencer partnerships, press relations and brand activations. You will own influencer and press strategies end-to-end, fostering authentic relationships and ensuring communications reflect the brand’s values and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Own DeMellier’s influencer strategy across Europe, prioritising authentic, long-term relationships that drive brand equity and measurable impact.
  • Manage the influencer gifting programme, directing a team of PR Assistants and Coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality outreach aligned with monthly targets and product priorities.
  • Use Tribe to identify and evaluate creators and tastemakers based on brand fit, engagement, content quality and potential business impact.
  • Monitor and report on influencer performance using key metrics (e.g., reach, EMV, engagement) and link activity to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising to align product send-outs with launches, priorities and stock availability.
  • Lead relationship-building trips or appointments in key markets to nurture top-tier influencers and press contacts.
  • Develop and execute a proactive, seasonal press strategy to drive earned media coverage across fashion, lifestyle and business titles.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with editors, journalists, stylists and VIP dressers to ensure high-quality coverage; manage media relationships with tools such as Cision.
  • Create and maintain a forward-looking press calendar with seasonal angles and brand storytelling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Content Editor to brief and distribute press releases and product information to media partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, influencer appointments and gifting suites to support launches and storytelling moments.
  • Support wider brand moments and campaign activations in collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure influencer outreach supports affiliate goals and identifies high-potential creators for future gifting and partnerships.
  • Support Wholesale with press and influencer outreach around store launches and territory-specific marketing activities.
  • Manage the PR and influencer budget, maintain records and ensure cost-effective activity; provide regular reporting on influencer and press performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written); knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong press and influencer relationships in Europe with a pulse on emerging talent and media trends.
  • Proven success in building high-impact, non-paid influencer programmes and earned media coverage.
  • Proficient in Tribe, Cision and Airtable; experienced in managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Analytical and organised, with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and DeMellier’s brand and purpose.
