- Monitor influencer activity and industry trends to support campaign ideation.
- Track performance and engagement, feeding into reports and future recommendations.

- Be the primary contact for sample requests across PR, VIP, press and influencer touchpoints.
- Maintain the PR and marketing sample tracker, logging all sample movements.
- Handle sample packing, shipping, receiving, and returns — ensuring accurate SKU creation and barcode management in Zedonk.
- Support showroom display organisation and assist in sample sales coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage co-gifting logistics and ensure consistency across activations.
Press, Celebrity & VIP Support
- Assist with the implementation of DeMellier’s PR and celebrity placement strategy.
- Track global coverage and ensure alignment with launch timelines and brand messaging.
- Ensure timely trafficking of press samples and record secured placements for reporting.
- Research emerging media and editorial opportunities in line with brand positioning.
- Event & Brand Activation Coordination
- Provide hands-on support in the planning and execution of press days, influencer events, brand activations and in-store experiences.
- Assist with venue sourcing, production logistics, guest list admin, RSVPs and on-the-ground event support.
- Coordinate post-event processes including coverage tracking, sample returns and performance reporting.
- Work with the PR & Events Manager to maintain detailed event timelines and budget trackers.
Retail & Wholesale Activation Support
- Support the coordination of wholesale marketing activations such as pop-ups, trunk shows, and co-branded campaigns.

Reporting & Insights
- Compile and share weekly and monthly reports covering influencer performance, gifting ROI, and press highlights.
- Manage tagging and performance tracking tools (e.g., Tribe), ensuring accuracy across data points.
- Contribute to campaign debriefs, using data to identify what worked and where to optimise.
- Assist in compiling post-event and activation reports with visuals, metrics and key learnings.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Passionate about communications, branding, and the influencer/press landscape.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A clear and confident communicator — both written and verbal.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong digital literacy — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, social media platforms, and PR tools (experience with Zedonk and Tribe a plus).
