We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join DeMellier’s growing Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone 3+ years into their paid media career, with hands-on experience across Google and Meta Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in fashion, luxury and ecommerce performance marketing. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, the Paid Media Executive will support the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns across a broad mix of platforms including Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and Criteo. The role will play a key part in driving efficient customer acquisition, scaling international growth, and supporting full-funnel performance across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.
  • Upload, launch and QA campaigns, ensuring correct tracking, naming conventions, audiences, creative formats and URLs are implemented.
  • Maintain account structure and hygiene, supporting budget pacing, bid adjustments and campaign delivery across markets.
  • Assist with the ongoing management of product feeds, catalog-based campaigns and dynamic ad formats where relevant.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Support optimisation across audiences, creatives, bids and budgets in line with performance goals.
  • Assist in testing new formats, placements, campaign types and platform betas to drive incremental growth.
  • Help scale high-performing products, creatives and geographies while maintaining strong ROAS, and efficiency.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Closely track and analyse performance across spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and MER.
  • Produce regular performance reports covering: Creative performance and fatigue, Market and country-level trends, Channel and platform insights.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and provide potential solutions to bottlenecks to improved performance.
  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager with insights to inform strategic decisions and growth planning.

Creative & Product Performance Support

  • Work closely with Creative teams to brief new assets informed by performance insights and testing results.
  • Analyse creative performance across formats and messaging, identifying winning concepts and learnings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ecommerce and Trading teams to align paid media activity with product launches, stock availability and seasonal priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with wider Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams to support key campaigns, drops and launches.
  • Assist with performance presentations, testing recaps and strategic reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable paid media processes as the channel continues to grow.

The ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital marketing, ideally within ecommerce, fashion or retail.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is essential.
  • Very strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working with data, budgets and performance metrics.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including complicated formulas, pivots and performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of core performance marketing metrics including ROAS, POAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR and MER.
  • Experience working with or exposure to additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads and Criteo.
  • Strong familiarity with reporting or visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Triple Whale.
  • Experience supporting or managing paid media budgets of £100k+ per month, or exposure to high-spend accounts.
  • Previous experience working within the luxury, premium or fashion retail vertical.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in performance marketing and brand growth.
  • Comfortable working at pace, and in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
